Mike, Hyvee grocery stores (liquor dept) in Iowa sell Templeton. I've bought it at the Hyvee that you pass on your way down, it's not much of a diversion from the direct route, about 3 miles off of I-29:

1745 Madison Avenue
Council Bluffs, IA 51503-5274
(712) 322-9222

There are also Hy-vee stores in Sioux City, right off I-29 as well, that you can call ahead and inquire.

Stu, you are a good man, one bottle will do nicely, thanks!. I really do not really want to wander off the I 29 at all to buy one, in case I get geographically confused and cannot re-attain the I 29, it seems to occur with more frequency as I approach geezerhood.......
I'l be bringing the stunningly engraved snap action Lang for opinions on what to do with the barrels. Rocketman can give me pointers on the MOI, I'm so glad he's coming. My stock-maker friend has repaired the broken wrist and toe. He' not too well right now and is a superb checkerer but he cannot checker when he's not well.
He has made a steel toe plate and it will go off with the top plate to be engraved to match the top whern I get back.
Stack, can you give me lat&long for the Sleep Inn for my GPS?
Thanks

Mike, they are 40 40.215N 96 10.712W 1125ft. MSL. in 3 dimensions. That's the Sleep Inn or on the hotel property anyway. It's the SE corner of the Nebraska 2 and Nebraska 50 junction

Book mark that, you ask for them every year!

Stack, thanks!! Again!!
I had the loc stored in my old Garmin 76, I gave that one to my youngest daughter as she needed a good GPS for hiking the Canadian Rockies, I bought a new 76CX for work, so I needed a kind soul to give them again.
Nice unit, l I bought a tiny chip for it which give the location and a map to get to any farmland location in western Canada.
See you guys soon!

I have been able to get my hands on 10 bottles. 8 are spoken for. The downside is that it cost me over $40 per bottle. I will pick up the "over" part. Sorry about the price. The stuff is HARD to find.

Stu, cut Connie & I back to 2 bottles if that helps. We will pay the "over."

Thanks, sv
