Update

#1 Post by boz03 »

Thanks to all for the emails and phonecalls.
I had bladder surgery May 14th, will start the kemo on 6-10. All has gone well so far, in fact the Doc was suprised when I declined pain pills.

Will have pancreas surgery on 6-29, with what is known as "Whipple Procedure". This operation lasts about 5-6 hours, with my downtime being about 12 weeks. Ready to go by October and hunting season.

Nice to hear from everyone.

Thanks,
Bill

Bill, I'm glad to hear things are going well so far. We'll be with you as you progress through this. Miss Connie sends her prayers as well and wants to know if you "bled blue?"
