Sound off...

If you'd like a steak on Saturday evening you need to let me know you are coming on this thread. We've tried this before and gotten close. It looks like attendance is up this year so I really need to get closer on numbers than in the past.

Iowegians: Brown, Carroll, Layman, LeBlanc, Harwood, Kalkwarf. Guys that shoot pumpguns need to go vegetarian, so you can cancel Layman's steak. And rumor has it Harwood's bringing an autoloader, which means he has to eat out of the dumpster.

Jim, Milton, and Tiny in one vehicle; I'll let Rockie give a tally of his van occupants.

Lightning Steve007, Jerry Goldstein and new Flatwater guy John Rollo from St, Louis. Amarillo Slim wimped out. Feel free to castigate him via PM.

Looks like the Clantons before the Earps and Doc took 'em down.

Well I was informed late Friday that closing deadline on a rather large merger item has been moved to the end of the month. This has occurred due to the need for bankers to get greater assurances of government backup of the loan(s) required for the transaction to go forward. This is where it gets pretty intense for your humble correspondent, so although I hope to get up there, a big question mark now looms over my attendance at the world's most fun shoot. You can bet, I'm not indulging these days in my old luxury of turning down work which might get in the way of my fun.

Larry, you sure it's Clantons and not Clampetts?

Rick, it won't be the same without you although I'm sure somebody can step up and get Arkansaused for you in your absence.

Just one steak for me, please Scott, if you haven't already counted me in.

Can't be Clampetts, Kirk. None of 'em looks like Ellie Mae, although Finkel does bear a certain resemblance to Granny. :)

Scott,
4 from KC. Pete Thomas, myself, my son and son-in-law. Diego Gandolfo hasn't committed one way or the other yet--I'd like for him to come and bring his Purdy pigeon gun--it's truly amazing.
