Sure it might be a little more comfortable up there but it's really quite a responsibility waking up to be the first out of the van, open the back doors and get that footstool properly positioned so that none of the back seat upper crust twist their ankle stepping down from too high up. There'd be hell to pay if that stool was late or malpositioned! The Front Seat Man is kinda the footman of the van and not really considered an equal.....if you know what I mean.

Do you know how to tell which gent of three in the front seat of a pick-up with Montana plates is the real cowboy? Watch them at the first closed gate. The one in the middle not jumping out to open the gate is the cowboy.

Thanks for the reminder on the Nots contribution, Steve. I will get a check off to someone. Maybe you?

We usually have some 1911's to shoot and display and, yes, I'm bringing my GSG.

Is it kosher to shoot the "stand" and wobble them down?

Tiny says no. We shot that thing two times and repaired it a lot. If you break it, you own it. Bring tools.

If your timer's accurate to .001, they will.

I have duct tape in the truck, with some 2x2s repairs would be ez.

Should I bring the .416 Rigby as the "cannon of the year"? It's not as much fun as the potato gun, but its louder and kicks more FWIW. It might be fun to video the flinching.....
