What are you bringing?

#1 Post by Pancho McTavish »

A highlight of the Flatwater for me is always the pool table display of some amazing firearms in the evenings. How about a preview? What are you bringing this year?

Anybody with a "BBQ Gun" for display this year? :D

I'm bringing a 6' 9" galoot that's too big to fit in my car and has a hankering for Remington 1894's, a bottle a Basil Hayden to share and my usual assortement of slutty guns for all to fondle.

Some paperweights and a really nice Wm Evans single trigger best BLE 12 bore.
Bit OT, but I am a Instructor for the Canadian Firearms Centre, and I teach the PAL Course. Possession and Acquisition Licence. In the past I have taught some American International Trap shooters when I was down refereeing for USA Shooting at Fort Carson and Benning, with the PAL you can bring your gun into Canada with no bother and you can buy long guns and ammunition up here to take home.
As this will apply to those of you who come up to Canada to hunt, you might want to think about it.
The cost is $60.00 for the course and one does not have to be a Canadian citizen to take it and get a licence.
I'll bring the forms with me in case anyone wants to take it.

Mikey, that would be great. How long do they last.
I think you mean "tumblers"
The shell you buy, the gun you shoot, the size of the bore or the clerk at the store telling you what you should do doesn't determine your actions, ethics or ability.

Bob, the odds are it'll happen in a cold, driving rain.
